This document sets out the terms under which you may use our website and the general conditions of booking. By using the website or confirming a booking, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings and Confirmations

Bookings are validated only after availability is confirmed by the owner. During peak periods (public holidays, events), we reserve the right to request a deposit to guarantee the booking.

3. Children Policy, Supplements & Minimum Stay

Children aged 0 to 3 years stay free of charge if they share the same bed with their parents and do not require an extra bed. For children aged 3 to 17 or additional adults, a supplement of 30 RON/night applies.

* Mandatory minimum stay: To ensure an optimal relaxation experience, bookings require a minimum stay of 2 nights.

4. Rates and Payment Methods

All rates are quoted in RON. Payment can be made in cash on site or by bank transfer before arrival. Please note that we do not have a POS terminal for card payments on site.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation conditions may vary depending on the period booked. If a deposit has been paid, it may be partially or fully retained depending on the time remaining until the check-in date, in accordance with the agreement established at the time of booking.

6. User Responsibility

The website user agrees to provide accurate and correct information through the contact form. Casa Brăduț is not responsible for errors arising from the provision of incorrect information (wrong phone number or email address).

7. Changes to Terms

The owner reserves the right to update these terms at any time to reflect legislative changes or changes to the operation of the accommodation unit.
