2. What data do we collect?
You are in our database based on the consent given for the data you provided when filling out the accommodation form. Your data is confidential and is processed based on Article 6, paragraph 1, letters b, c, and f of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

- Email address;
- Phone number;
- Any other details you send in your booking message.
3. Purpose of data collection
- Processing and confirming reservation requests;
- Communicating with you before and during your stay;
- Fulfilling legal obligations (completing guest arrival registration forms).
4. How long do we keep the data?
Data provided through the contact form is kept for the period necessary to process your request and for fiscal or legal records, according to the requirements of the legislation in force in Romania.
5. Your rights
- Right of access: you can ask what data we hold about you;
- Right to rectification: you can ask for incorrect data to be corrected;
- Right to erasure (right to be forgotten): you can request that we delete your data from our database, except in situations where the law requires us to keep it.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell or disclose your data to third parties. The only entities that may have access to identification data are state authorities, in accordance with the legislation regarding the registration of persons staying in tourist units.
